Controlling Cost

CGF helps member employers create an employee benefit program to specifically meet the needs of their workforce. The Foundation plans offer many flexible options. We help you design a plan to best suit your needs within your budget. For a well-rounded benefit program, employers may also add dental and/or vision benefits.

Dental
CGF utilizes Delta Dental of California, well known their extensive dental network and standards for quality of care. The CGF dental plan encourages regularly scheduled preventive care with a Delta Dental PPO dentist. Delta Dental plans are also available with Orthodontic benefits. Vision
For vision benefits, CGF utilizes Vision Service Plan, the largest eyecare benefit provider in the nation. The vision plan requires a nominal copayment for exams and materials, including contacts. Discounts are also available for vision correction. For further information, click here.
