The Pension Plan for Agricultural Employees of Member Employers of the California Grower Foundation is a Defined Benefit Plan, funded entirely by participating member employers. The purpose of the Plan is to provide long-term employees with a supplemental source of income after they retire. Please contact our office for any questions about specific plan benefits.
